Is Chrome or Firefox your default browser yet when you click through links in Outlook they open in Microsoft Edge?
We recently had one of our customers tell us that they use Google Chrome as their preferred default web browser on their Windows computer, however, when they click links in Microsoft Outlook email the link opens in the Microsoft Edge Browser. She told us that she had checked her default browser in Windows and it was already set to the Chrome.
Here are a couple of tips that can help.
Firstly check your default browser. In Windows click the start button and type "Default"
Click Default apps and click Web Browser. Be sure that you are set to use the web browser of your choice.
If after doing this you find that you are already set to the browse f your choice go back to Microsoft Outlook an click File / Options and click Advanced.
Look for "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in" and set this to "Default Browser.
