There may be occasions where we ask for system information from you using the System Information App in MS Windows.
System Information is an App in Windows that details the Hardware and Software environment on your Windows Computer. It can give iLogix Computer Solutions a good insight into your system and help us build an understanding around potential issues you may be facing.

Do not share any information with anyone unless you feel you trust them and that you are comfortable in doing so. The decision is ultimately yours.
Click the Start button, usually on the bottom left of the screen or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
Type msinfo32 and launch System Information App.
This will launch the System Information App.
Click File / Save and save as an NFO file.
The file will be just a few megabytes, this can be sent to us through email or a form on our website.
This tell us a lot about your system configuration such as:
Windows OS and build
Processor
Memory
Storage
Device Manufacturer and Device Model
Apps
